The building reflects the local environment, using pre-cast masonry trims and performance glass, pre-finished metal-profiled cladding and powder-coated window frames. These elements are enhanced by sunshade devices and staggered material patterning, which highlights subtle variations in colour and texture.
The landscaping is sympathetic to the building elements, creating personable environments within an urban context.
